Updated price — includes new 3M type AP810 filter cartridge and professional installation.

General Service (Code 12 / Flame Rod Cleaning)

$235

Flame rod cleaning is required when dirty natural gas supply causes dirt to collect on the flame rod, preventing ignition.

Out-of-Warranty Service

$235 / hr

Any service outside of the 5-year warranty is $235 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour.
