$135.

We provide a new 3-M type filter cartridge.

General Service which can include Code 12 or Flame rod cleaning

$225

Flame rod cleaning is a result of dirty natural gas supply. The dirt collects on the flame rod and prevents it from firing.

Any service outside of the 5-year warranty is $225 for the first hour and $200 each additional hour.
