1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Best Tankless USA and TanklessGuru.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Best Tankless USA provides tankless water heater installation, service, and related products in Collin County, North Dallas, and East Denton County, Texas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered or materials have been ordered. A written estimate will be provided prior to any installation. Final pricing is confirmed in the written estimate.

4. Warranty

Our exclusive 5-year Parts and Labor Warranty covers only the Rheem/WF365 tankless Pre-Assembly package under normal operating conditions. The warranty does not cover damage from high water pressure (over 75 psi), frozen components, power failure, customer-caused damage, filter cartridge replacement, or flame rod service from dirty natural gas. This warranty is non-transferable and works in conjunction with Rheem's manufacturer warranty. Full warranty details are available on the Warranty or Questions page.

5. Limitation of Liability

Best Tankless USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Service Area

Services are available in Collin County, North Dallas, and East Denton County, Texas. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our designated service area.

7. Changes to Terms

Best Tankless USA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
