5-Year Parts & Labor
Our exclusive warranty covers the full Rheem/WF365 TUSAP Pre-Assembly package under normal operating conditions — parts and labor included.
Covered: RTGH-95DVLN-3, service valves, pump, pan, piping, PVC venting, valves.
What's NOT Covered
High water pressure damage (over 75 psi), frozen components, power failure damage, customer-caused damage, filter cartridge replacement, flame rod service from dirty gas.
This warranty is non-transferable.
Non-Warranty Service Pricing
Service call: $235 first hour, $195 each additional hour. Filter cartridge replacement: $149 (includes the cartridge). Code 12 / flame rod service: $235.
